Sign in below to submit a request tied to your own customer account. If you cannot sign in, email contact@goldengateggt.com from the account email when possible, with the subject “Account deletion request” and the account email or relevant shipment reference. You can also write to the registered company address below. We verify account ownership; never email a password, OTP or government-ID photo.
What happens next
The request enters a restricted owner/administrator queue. Submission does not immediately erase the account. Staff review the request, confirm any identity checks, explain the expected completion time and any necessary retention, and carry out deletion. You can view the pending request or cancel it before fulfillment. This is a deletion request, not merely a request to deactivate notifications.
What is deleted
Fulfillment removes the account’s name, email and password from the active account record, revokes all app sessions, removes sign-in links, saved addresses, verified phone numbers, outstanding OTP challenges, device registrations and account preferences. A non-identifying internal record may remain to preserve business relationships and a deletion receipt. You will need to create a new account if you later return. Deleting this app account does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account.
What may be retained
Necessary shipment, payment, custody, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal-compliance records may remain with restricted access, including contact details already recorded for a shipment. Staff must document the reason and a review date and explain retained information to you. Restricted identity images expire after 30 days. Routine backups rotate over 14 days; manual recovery copies may last longer for their restricted recovery purpose. We also review applicable deletion requests with service providers.
Existing shipments
Requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a pickup, stop delivery, refund a charge or remove an outstanding payment. The branch can coordinate those matters separately without preventing you from submitting a privacy request.
